Overview
We’ve launched a new tab in the Dashcams page specifically for Clarity Edge dashcams, simplifying access and management of dashcam settings and functionality (including AI detectors).
What’s new
Last event snapshot: Users can now view the most recent event snapshot, providing customers assurance that their device is functioning correctly.
Current status: This new status indicator shows whether the dashcam is currently online or offline, making it easier to monitor device connectivity in real time.
We have also added new audio recording settings for Clarity Edge dashcams (MyEROAD only), allowing users to easily enable or disable audio recording by the device. This is a fleet-wide setting gives users greater control to configure their dashcams based on their fleet requirements.
Please note: all settings changes will be captured in the User Activity Logs for any future review or investigation.

This is available now, for Clarity Edge dashcams only
